•  ENVIRONMENT. Integrated Solutions Group was hired by Lennox International , an appliance manufacturer, to lobby on America’s Climate Security Act and the Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act of 2008.

Patton Boggs will be lobbying for the City of Fort Collins on federal environmental and regulatory issues relating to the Northern Integrated Supply Project, a water project in northern Colorado, according to records filed with the Senate.

• FINANCE. Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has been hired by the Electronic Payments Coalition to lobby on the Credit Card Fair Fee Act of 2008 and other issues regarding interchange and the electronic payments network. Ellen Chube, former legislative assistant for Rep. Harold Ford Jr. (D-Tenn.); Alexander Dahl, former staffer on the Senate Judiciary Committee; and Regina Mahony, former senior policy adviser for House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), will be lobbying for the coalition.

• FINANCE. Kimmit, Senter, Coates & Weinfurter is lobbying for Cuna Mutual Group on financial services oversight, crop insurance and student financial assistance. John Weinfurter, former chief of staff to Rep. Joseph Moakley (D-Mass.), and Larry Mitchell, former deputy administrator of farm programs for the Department of Agriculture, will be the acting lobbyists.

• FOREIGN AFFAIRS. APCO Worldwide will be lobbying for William Browder on issues regarding U.S. and international business climates in emerging markets. APCO’s Jonathan Winer, former counsel to Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and deputy assistant secretary at the State Department, is lobbying on the issue.

• STATES. Holland & Knight has been hired by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to lobby for federal recognition. Acting lobbyists are former Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colo.) and David Devendorf, a former staffer to Campbell.

• TRADE. Blank Rome Government Relations is lobbying for Hatch Mott McDonald on behalf of the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation for federal funding for the Washington Metrorail system to extend to Dulles International Airport. Dwayne Andrews, former legislative assistant to former Rep. Floyd Flake (R-N.Y.), and John Maniscalco, deputy associate director of presidential personnel at the Executive Office of the President, are lobbying for the company.
